Substitution As a genuine seasonal florist, the exact flowers available to us can vary from day to day. Occasionally we may need to substitute a bloom for an equally beautiful alternative to guarantee freshness and quality. When we do, we always keep the overall colour, style and luxurious feel of the design you ordered. If you'd prefer us to choose entirely, simply select "florist's choice" and leave it to us.

Caring for your flowers To help your flowers last, keep them in fresh water, trim the stems every couple of days, and keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat. A little care goes a long way.
